    Just got notice from the Developer that the TOP date is between end Dec 2012 to Feb 2013.

    Finally after a long wait, we are going to get the key at last.

    Time flies.....i remember I went Gale showroom look see...now its completed liao....nice .. looking back at this thread and its earlier posts..theres so many naysayers....fast forward 3yrs+ in time...Gale owners are sitting on nice profits hahaha.. thumbs up... I drove past the gale i can see the security guard manning the entrance already...The pool and water features are up and running too.. I was looking across from dahlia side...

    Ok, the last 5% before TOP is called. Next will be 25% for TOP. Possible to be in Dec for TOP.

    Ya, this project is very different from the rest in the Flora area with the nice foyer and dropoff area....

    hi gale owners. i am wondering since your condo just received TOP, what is the management's stance with regards to installation of roller blinds or bamboo chicks at the balcony? when passing by, i saw many balconies well-utilised with nice outdoor furniture and plants, but none has any sort of screen for privacy and against rain? just want to find out current developer's stance with new condos. thanks.
