Exuberance got in the way, I guess. Do excuse my excitement.

It's been a long time since I moved into a brand new condo. 16 years and counting...

    Looks very nice indeed.

Actually I dun find the fence thing that bad. Clearly it's an architect design. When all the creepers and trees/plants are fully grown, the whole perimeter will look like a wall of trees/leaves, matching the nature theme. The landscaping work looks huge. ( How much are you paying for the fees ?)

actually I think the real reason is for the ventilation. this is a sunken plot. If using the usual 2 meter high brick walls how are the lower floor units going to get any air ?

Why so many units for sale on Propertyguru? 412 out of total 479? granted some may be repeat listings but isn't that a large proportion?

People cashing out becoz market is good? Or just generally dissatisfied with the finished product?

its not high storey, i doubt can see the reservoir. most of the units face with road dust and noise before reservoir.

some are repeated sales listing by same agent one..

most units have west facing.. only a handful got good facing (i think 1 or 2 block out of the 9-10 block)

the highest floor is fifth level, i think

    cannot see reservoir la..

somemore got a dog playground.... you can expect dog shit everywhere ..

I think that period was the starting of property buying spree and there are not many new projects available on sale and this is FH. some of us just die die must buy fh.

This was launched even before estuary.

Quite difficult to rent out imho.

my unit is along the side facing teacher's estate.....living room & MBR get the setting sun. however it is not as bad as expected as the sun's rays only come in at an angle from the right side. I will close the curtain to protect my furniture from the direct sunlight for about an hour each afternoon....and surprisingly there is also quite a good breeze in the day time too.

from what I see at night, guess there are only about 5% to 10% units occupied so far......and I do hear ongoing renovation works in the day time so guess there will be more residents moving in in the next few months....

The sun coming in the later part of the year will be more direct. This is from personal experience.

Afternoon sun during June is offset toward northwest while the afternoon sun in dec is offset toward southwest. However dec period is relatively cooler period
