there were quite a number of households at the old meadows, it'll be pretty lively again when meadows TOP.

TOP this week. Letters will be gradually sent out in 8 batches to the owners' lawyers starting from this week. So when u get the letter depends on which batch your unit is in. And when the later batches are sent out depends on how fast the earlier batches are settled.....

but the crime rate in teachers' estate has been very low all these many years.......and same goes for Green Meadows previously. Owners should all get together and lobby for a permanent concrete wall to be put up for privacy and security reasons. After all, it is on the main road. And many foreign workers are in the next door Industrial estate.

Haha, I don't think there are too many m@p owners here in the first place... therefore the silence. Perhaps some are still deliberating the level of safety a metal fence provides vs one with a concrete bottom (with metal grill on top) -which one is easier to climb over?
Anyway, if the creepers do grow all over the metal fencing I'm sure it will blend in with the surroundings and the "nature" theme.
However, I'll see what the majority proposes to the MA later. If the alternative is nicer and safer then why not...

Wow. there are a lot of pictures from agents' postings in Propertyguru... seems like they have gone in already!
Also, there's a 2nd floor unit in front of the smaller pool with outdoor blinds installed at the main balcony. How is this possible? This owner must have gone in at least a week ago.
