Oh wow. The building was very fast. I was there a few weeks ago and the project looked months away from TOP, at least until after CNY next year. From the photo, it looks as if the project is now weeks away, if not days, from TOP.

Hmm.. that was the revised date. The initial board stated Jun 2009, same date as Espira Residence (next to it) but Palm was delayed while Espira went ahead to TOP as scheduled in June 2009.
