    Prob many pp or funds bought for investment. Quantum too high for tt location. Pp prefer landed for e price tag. Quantity bubble is building up.

    Yah $2 million plus for units facing the road with not much view and no amenities, hard to sell or rent.

    Small is beautiful to developer but big is still beautiful to person staying inside.

    i doubt very much any funds would want to park money at such location

    We went to the showflat in 2007, and was told that nature reserve across the road was haunted. Wife thought it was a bad buy as a result.

    No, there are no amenities around. to buy a piece of tofu you have to walk a long way.

    Diff to imagine tt there r so many owners with such high holding power. Ard $1.5 mil+ each, yet not occupied or tenanted out...

    At least it is landed... This one $2mil also not much view, n e stacks r quite close.
