    Unfortunately, that is the realistic. The depth of your pocket will determine whether you will stay on in the prime location. If you have he means then lock in the property now as the SG train will continue to propel forward. Buy what is within your means. not staying in orchard rd or sentosa doesn't mean we are less singaporean.

    Every new generation tends to cry that they are "missing the boat" but the boat is always there. 10 years back, my generation was crying abt property prices being so high... now many are beeming with smile

    The foreigners coming in to buy the so called "prime" properties started from somewhere too right? All we need to do is to work hard and smart and we will not only be able to live in the prime areas in singapore we will be able to buy prime properties in HK, London, New York etc....
