i went to view a small unit here recently. The finishings in the unit are good... good quality timber flooring and wood all around.
But the exterior of the condo really cannot make it.. the "mediterranean theme" seems rather dated, and is it just me or is the car park on the ground floor entrance very unsightly

a decent place but please take note,
the place is infested with pigeons. lots of pigeons seems to love to shit, rest and make lots of noise at the balcony. almost 100% of the aircon ledge are covered with nets.
the units i viewed are square and decent, overall not bad
