Default St Thomas Suites (D9, Freehold, Centrepoint)

This is priced at $1,700 to $1,800 psf, smallest unit is 3 bedrooms of 1,800 sf costing around $3 million. The location is beautiful, at the loop end of St Thomas Walk. Big site footprint with beautiful landscaping, beautiful jewel like twin towers, with views of Killiney Road, Devonshire Road, Orchard Road, and River Valley. One more thing, it is selling like hot cakes! Very desirable!

If you want to live in Orchard area, you should buy St Thomas Suites if you can afford it. Because after the next wave of launches of new Orchard condos coming soon, Orchard prices will never be this cheap again.

$1950 is too high, $1200 psf also must consider.

St Thomas Suites offers the best location, in terms of quiet and peace. It is also the top of the hill so the views are magnificent!

Thumbs up Re: St Thomas Suites (D9, Freehold, Centrepoint)

The best location is still at Paterson suites, former Lengkok Angsa site as it is near to Orchard Turn.

but Paterson rd so busy.... doesn't feel high class at all.... The Marq has big setback from main rd... Paterson Residences and Suites do not have.. look at the terrace houses at lengkok angsa where Paterson Suites is at, so near the road leh...

Went to that area, wahhh so crampy. Surrounded by big tall building. Just too congested. Blocked view some more.

This is called 'city living'! Mind you its not cheap, easily more than S$2,000 psf. No point getting low floor as its all blocked! High floor may go for S$2,500 psf and above.

Anybody have any current pictures of this developement?

which stack would be best, and is most likely to still have an unblocked view (obviously high floor) 5-10 years down the road?

concrete jungle blocked left, right, centre where got unblocked view? face to face with suites @ central in north, skypark @ somerset+skyline 360+Espada in south and One Devonshire in east. In particular, Espada's upcoming 233 mickey mouse units cramped into a small plot of land also going to cheapen the whole area.

Are you refering to OCR $1,200+ psf Club, with members like Centro Residences, Trevista, Hundred Trees, Meadows @ Pierce, Serangoon Avenue 3 and Upper Thomson Road?
