To be honest, am pretty fine with friendly competition from other of my colleagues from Huttons Real Estate or other co-broke agent as long as its a fair competition and no personal criticism. Its also good for our potential buyers interested in our projects as they will be able to not only guage but also able to evaluate our individual services catered. Friendly competition will only be more positive and motivating rather than negative..

    Well,im not an admin or mod to suggest all agents advertise themselves under one single thread @ a new classified thread & carry on from there?
