sure but can't rem the exact fig though. Survey fee ~ $130, 6-mth maint ~ $1700. Mine is a 2 bedroom.

No tennis courts??? That is horrifying..... those condos in Hillview pay the same price for 3 bedder with bigger land, tennis courts and some got free shuttle as well. I guess once the condo form its own management council, then can revise the maintenance downwards lor...

Tennis court does not take much money to maintain and as such does not play a big part into the equation in setting fee. One North has no tennis court also, but it is selling way above 1000 psf.
I will not be surprised the fee may end up revising upward if the price continue to go up.
raintree is shit lah, lousy location, no mrt, nothing, no emenities, next door only $500psf or less. Whoever buy raintree from resale market will go bankrupt because in a few years time will go all the way down to $500psf maximum.

called FCL yesterday and was told that my unit at Blk 93 will likely to get the keys by end apr / early may after all payments have been made, sigh!
According to FCL website, TOP obtained.
