It is generally good and nothing major was detected. However, close inpection did reveal many items that need to be touched up.

collected the keys today, pretty happy with the unit, except that it looks smaller than we have expected.
Usually showflats are deceiving because of their mirror decor.
For FCP,they did indicate the rooms' size in their brochure unlike some other developments.
Not to worry,it will looks great after furnishing.
