    Such an attractive psf, sold out in a short time is widely expected even in a financial turmoil. Congrats to the 1st owners, u r in for a windfall.

    This must be a big joke. To spend over 1Mil over a property located at such a remote location. With 1 Mil.....can do better! And the psf for units at that area is low by the way....windfall by foot. If want windfall shld go for prime location investments.

    just curious, isn't there any regulators in this forum? I have came across several battering among forumers and it's really uncalled for.
    if you don't like what's posted by peter,or anybody else in trying to make a living. Just stay away from the thread.

    seems that its not screened and controlled somehow. but am pretty fine as different people has got different views. buyers for cluster at d19 are mainly homestayer due to the size while buyers for the prime location are buying mainly for investment just like my recent new launch in newton which was approx 50% sold out of 104units within 3 days of launch. This explains that location is still main choice for investor keen to make their money.
