can share on how to protect the washing machine from rain when it is placed in the 2nd balcony. Thanks.
You can use weather sheltered blinds. I dont know whether this can help. You can also check with condo management whether you can install window or shutter.

Thinking of just using a plastic cover when not in use..will the washing machine be damaged when left in open? If won't, then prob just leave it in the open??

I tried before. Never want to use them cos damp due to rainwater. Yard floor also wet and if heavy rain, water can flow even to store room.

If we can install window it is even better. some condos owners got approval to install windows at their living hall balcony after one year of staying. Hope we can do that to our balcony.

Just called to my lawyer's office. Staff told me they send top letter out 17 July but todate still have yet to receive. About a week already. She then send the letter by email to me upon my request and the letter mentioned that they must receive cheques by 24 july i.e. tomorrow. Letter refer to clause 6 and 7 of the sales agreement. Anybody can advise on what to do. The hard copies sent are lost. Is there original documents attached to the top letter that I must keep.

the copies that are send by the lawyer office to your homes are the photostated ones from the developer...just go down to your law firm and make payment on the spot and ask for the photostated copies. The 24th July is the date where they will send their payment for the 25% to the developer. So they got to make sure that you make payment first for the 6 months maintainance and survey fees. Hopes that help...
