Cheer up, I like it beige. Didn't your mother tell you that white is the worst color there is, since it is so easy to get dirty.

Nothing wrong at all. Just worry for carebelle and infinitti owners who are trying to sell at 650psf and above.

I just went there and I was actually at the T-junction and was looking straight at the base of block 65. Don't really think that the entrance is at the T-junction

U-turn is ok except that you would have to go a big loop through AYE, then teban garden to get the the ayer rajah food center, which is only up along the T-Junction

Hoping it was white too, but anyway, I dun think should be using scaffolding to do the painting... a gondola should be used instead?

You mean there's still chance they will repaint it white?! That will be excellent!! while it's not ugly now, it sure looks pretty plain, common and monotonous......

really hope they will do something about it.......

hey guys, i'm new to the forum. my bf and i just started househunting for a unit for our own stay, hoping to grab a good deal in this market now. we both work in the west, and west coast seems like 1 of the nicer private home areas. it's quiet and serene.

The Carabelle looks nice, very spacious and i guess the developers will make it look gorgeous in the end (hopefully) - in white or beige.

We are interested in a 2BR or 2+study. May i ask what is the average unit area for 2BR and 2+1 BR at carabelle?

anyone with good deals pls pm me. thanks

2+1 is more expensive in term of psf... 3brm at carabelle is more than $830k++... im not going to buy.

Botannia is the most expensive. around 700 psf... ends up 850-900k...

    where is the "firesales" ???
    where is the "recession" ???

its now a stand-off between sellers and buyers. sellers don't want to reduce their prices and buyers don't want to pay prices that they believe are not at the bottom. hence the hands don't clap.

i think we will see if the sellers are right once the TOP date is announced and is nearing. if sellers have their finanices sorted out, then the buyers will never get to see prices dropping ... BUT if there are a number of speculators that purchased units without the proper financing in place, then maybe they might be forced to reduce prices to let go of units near TOP ...

Hi X11, i am looking for a unit for own stay. Have been deciding btw the 3 nearby projects (Botannia, Infiniti, Carabelle), cara look more within budget, care to share what good deals you got from your agent.
    Can you PM me, thanks.

Like you said, still don't see any recession effect as the seller pricing is still very stiff!!

sigh --- no "good" deals leh. i'm kinda thinking that i should wait till TOP get's announced and see the 1st person to shift in then talk. anyway, based on the information that i have on hand ...

    - infiniti facing AYE is about $590/psf
but honestly, this one i completely strike out, cannot tahan the noise and the dust, you can try and see one unit on a saturday afternoon and make your own judement :P

    - infiniti non-facing AYE is abt $650/psf
possible to consider, except that got afternoon sun and depending if you are sun lover or not

    - carabelle is about $680/psf
i was told that carabelle launch prices were between $630/psf - $660/psf so sellers are still making a small profit or breaking even at $680/psf. definitely no "firesale" no "recession"

argh ... singaporeans are still so rich meh?
