should you go viewing, take note of little details ...

i find new condos have tiny space for laundry ..

as they seldom or dont provide clothe hanging facilities anymore, owners nowadays use dryer ... make sure the laundry space big enough for washer and dryer ..even if you stack them up .. the height , etc
    take note

I went thru the Stellar thread..
seems there are some concerns about noise and air pollution.
anyway i think the best is still to go and judge for oneself
    afterall, everyone's preference is different.
I am trying to arrange for a viewing at Infiniti, after that will pop by the different developments to see see

I am in no hurry to get a unit..
just thinking of getting a 3R for own stay.
my current 2BR is still fine if I cannot find anything i like..

i feel Parc is better ... cos have easy access to clementi mrt

if you drive then i feel stellar is good .. the others are a little far ... even if you dont drive , stellar is more accessible the carabelle, botannia and infiniti

in time to come, driving will be even more expensive .. so i feel parc will have its upside

    this is personal opinion

Personally I will get Carabelle. Its exit is more convenient as well. Botannia is still too ex now. Infiniti too noisy for AYE facing. The Parc will depends on price. At ard 850/900+psf u can have alot of options to buy elsewhere. Somewhere in River Valley or bukit timah area. thats my opinion

What is a low price to you? 500? Some say 600.. Infiniti is running out of stock.. Most of the serious seller has sold their unit

    Hi John

We did not get to view the units.

Although unable to arrange a suitable time to view, we still drove down last friday evening to view the development and the surroundings.

We do not like the area so will not be considering anymore.
Primary reason is the traffic. Pretty heavy and I have confirmed with a friend who takes AYE everyday that heavy traffic is the norm.
Missus is also not comfortable with the number of heavy vehicles around.
    She finds it too industrial.

So can't help you in this.

Yup I'm not dreaming. Villa Azura was transacted at 675psf. For River Valley, the older projects like Valley Park for example. Yong An transacted at 1025psf.

Aiyah why you broadcast to everyone . hint hint can already what, those who study hard will spot the gems, does who dun do homework will pay the price. Why u dun quote the transacted 900psf ones???? Obviously you are not looking in this area.

Now you just gave away the answer to the exams.... sigh

if you are buying for own stay .. i would advise :

    zero in a district
    go for FH
view as many as possible in each project ...
get feel of the different layout, facing (wind direct, sun, pool etc etc )

finally both you and wifey ( or hubby , i am sure some here with male names are actually women heheh) MUST feel good when in the unit ...

I think the main entrance is at the T-junction, which means that the raised divider currently ends before the entrance.

That is definitely the final colour since the scaffolding has been taken down already. They didn't spent more effort & money to do a better job of the paintwork.
