it took 3 days for botannia's TOP application to be approved. hope the same happens with carabelle.

Was forced to run regularly by my coach when i was in my teens.
That was nitemare to me, cant believe you wana do that every morning

it depends, if owners like what they see and touch, prices will go up. If they hate it, prices will go down. that is why, most FEO projects see prices go down after TOP.processing only right?

Well, I remember seeing an oven in the show room. Looked up the marketing brochure and it only mentioned microwave oven. I guess there is only one way to find out.......buy a unit!

Don't worry about it. I am sure that every TOP application is reviewed and vetted carefully over a few days before it is granted. I am sure the suspension will be lifted in no time at all and TOP granted in a few days.
You guys are just too kiasu. I don't think TOP is tracked so closely for other condos.
SAP is good and bad. If you go to one of those, you can not opt out of higher chinese. NHPS is one of those. My son speaks mostly english, but he knows a lot of swear words in chinese. I hope NH teachers will put up with him rather than beat him with a stick. haha. I hope we don't get in in phase 2C. that would force us to apply for Qifa, which is a non-SAP school.
