    No..... not all, some stacks has no such stuff, only those in the corners. But this projects has many unit that has no Balconies or bay windows galore.

    Only stack 79 has that noon sun in that tower, stack 78 & 79 has the Jurong island view but not the rest, furthermore that's also quite a distance away.

    hence the golf/green view, like some say, may not be so in the future?

    anyway, this place is nice but congestion is expected....3 plots of land caribbean, reflections and new project - probably more than 3000 units

    multiply by 2 tenants each unit conservatively = ..............

    Increase in prices steeper than others in event of good news....or vice versa drop steeper than others in event of bad news.

    yes,not only that..also heard that SOUTHBANK or those near that area will tumble down 30% at least..good news for all our investors here,cant wait for 1k - 1.2k psf soon.

    saw a unit at 1.2mil for 900sqft...that's oredi cheap...

    if 20% correction, it may go under 1mil

    and to see 40% disct for orchard and bukit timah areas.
