    Default OLA Residences

What do your think of this project?

It's definitely looks like a better quality project than the other small projects alongside it but I do think its over-priced. I believe the psf is higher than Esta and One Amber which are just opposite OLA.

    Are you selling or buying?

Got any good deals for Poshgrove East, Tierra Vue or Bleu @ East Coast?

I agree it's over priced. 1200psf but one of my buyer went and was offered 9xx psf. Think so far only 10 plus unit got sold

Tierra Vue 2 rm asking 950psf, 3 rm asking 980psf. Blue only have PH, 800psf. What is your preference?

Looking for 3 bedroom. Prefer Bleu as its near TOP but not looking for penthouse. First choice is Poshgrove East but haven't seen many for sale though. I'm looking for those very near TOP as I prefer to move in asap. I also prefer smaller developments. Let me know if you have any good deals within Dist. 15 or 16.

Huh....Moving in asap? Bleu TOP is 2010, even they rush rush also next year. Poshgrove East recent transacted price is around 7xx but TOP also end this year.
Esta is going TOP in early Nov.....you ok with riveria residence in D16..FH? Tessa lodge...only 13 units with lappool?
Let me do a powersearch for you.

I was under the assumption that Bleu will TOP end 2008. What I meant by moving in asap was that I don't want properties that have not even laid the foundation or started construction yet. Those nearing completion is what I'm looking for.

Am very interested in Poshgrove for its location. Recent transaction at 7xx psf? That's a good deal!

Tessa Lodge no, I've seen it and didn't like it. Riviera Residence is fine if price is right.

I'm a serious but slightly fussy buyer.

The design is too transparent. Will have to walk to East Coast Park.

when i visited showroom, there was suppose to be some form of landscaping and trees planted to shield the pool from passer-bys.

that should do the trick of providing some semblance of privacy for pool go-ers.

Actually quite like this development. Just afraid it might be too noisy.
