What do your think of this project?
What do your think of this project?
It's definitely looks like a better quality project than the other small projects alongside it but I do think its over-priced. I believe the psf is higher than Esta and One Amber which are just opposite OLA.
Are you selling or buying?
Got any good deals for Poshgrove East, Tierra Vue or Bleu @ East Coast?
I agree it's over priced. 1200psf but one of my buyer went and was offered 9xx psf. Think so far only 10 plus unit got sold
Tierra Vue 2 rm asking 950psf, 3 rm asking 980psf. Blue only have PH, 800psf. What is your preference?Originally Posted by Eastie
Looking for 3 bedroom. Prefer Bleu as its near TOP but not looking for penthouse. First choice is Poshgrove East but haven't seen many for sale though. I'm looking for those very near TOP as I prefer to move in asap. I also prefer smaller developments. Let me know if you have any good deals within Dist. 15 or 16.

Esta is going TOP in early Nov.....you ok with riveria residence in D16..FH? Tessa lodge...only 13 units with lappool?
Let me do a powersearch for you.
I was under the assumption that Bleu will TOP end 2008. What I meant by moving in asap was that I don't want properties that have not even laid the foundation or started construction yet. Those nearing completion is what I'm looking for.
Am very interested in Poshgrove for its location. Recent transaction at 7xx psf? That's a good deal!
Tessa Lodge no, I've seen it and didn't like it. Riviera Residence is fine if price is right.
I'm a serious but slightly fussy buyer.
Ops, sorry my mistake. Results after powersearchOriginally Posted by Eastie
Bleu is going to TOP end this month, 3rm, 1173 sqft asking 780psf
Poshgrove TOP in OCT. 3rm, 1238 sqft asking 880 psf...sorry recent transaction is 800 psf for 1237 psf. Only 1 in this year.
Riveria R..3 rm 1216 sqft asking 860psf...
Why don't you call me or email me? [email protected] 81712412
Don't worry, I don't do hard selling. Jus helping you to get your choice home
So Esta and One Amber should go for $1,200 psf then.
One Amber 2 unit just sold last week at 1100psfOriginally Posted by Interloper

Yes. Fimd this definitely looks better than the Mountbatten suites
No privacy, every one can stare into the compound from the bus stop
