Er yup price is at least 100 to 150psf cheaper, and both me and my wife felt that the 3 rooms that we viewed at Stellar, felt like normal HDB flats and also facing varsity parks. Not very exclusive and after viewing few units at Murano, have decided to purchase this. Yup we got the penthouse for 3 room instead which is 1550sf

    Yo darkromeo,

ok see you around in June......i maybe moving-in, in June as well.....

For me i prefer Murano is because of privacy (50 units) nothing against other project as what's advantage to me might not be an advantage to others............

    Cheers...............

Doesn't matter what me or others think. What matters the most is you and your wife loves it!
