On one weekend, one guard gestured to me to leave. I signalled to him that i would not take long and he relented. Go during a weekday, no probs for me so far.

absolutely agreed, the club-house will be great, and for the ground layout. I was speaking for the condo guard last Sunday, for 10mins and noted few car drivers were driving and looking at the condo, the guards were amused that some even asked for the showroom.I took a look at Grand Duchess up on the overhead bridge just outside the development yesterday. the development is meeting the year end TOP. heard from UIC they are meeting the resident's request to complete before school starts next Jan. most residents bought the place because they have kids already study in nearby schools.

I already bought a unit in Grand Duchess recently, meant for own stay. My wife and I are of view that it is a nice project and also very ideal location for us. My boy is studying in Ngee Ann Primary and I'm also working in the East.
Anyway, I've advised my friend a purchase a unit in GD. Even if his boy fails to get into Tao Nan, he can alternatively choose to go to Ngee Ann, which in my opinion also a good school.
Recently, I drive to GD almost daily to look at the development. Also thinking about taking some photos and post it on a blog.......
