    Question

    In a dilemma now. A couple on owner-occupier scheme, we’re wondering with the same budget, which property is a better option?

    An old property in Clementi (with 50+ years lease left)(Rental play, convenient), or a newer property in Sengkang/Canberra (with 80-90+ years left)(possible to sell if needed)? Assuming all options are near to MRT and we will buy a condo in 5-10 years (rent out our HDB). Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Can a private property owner who owns or has an interest in a private property at the time of SERS announcement get Rehousing.

    How do we increase the hdb loan for owner occupier scheme? Let say the owner is earning 5k monthly.
    We wanted to look at 4rm resale hdb but it seems a little bit difficult..
    Does show fund works to get a higher loan quantum?
