Think this one and the rest at Suffolk Road has difficulty being sold cos they are too near the CTE... imagine the noise..

i would say slightly less than 100 metres? i visited a unit at suffolk premier. open the window only, you can hear the CTE roar. mind you, CTE if you are familiar is one of the most used/ packed expressways in Singapore... all the way to 11 pm. So can stay, but must always close windows :-)

Actually not so bad la... I was at one of the apt at Suffolk to record the fireworks recently. Before and after the fireworks, while setting up the equipments the traffic noise is actually better than those condos near Zouk, MOS etc... Because those areas got alot of "exotic" cars with super loud exhaust and engines... much more irritating.

At least the CTE is more constant and mild.
