The year 2023 will be an exciting one for property buyers in search for a good property to buy. There are a quite a number of new launches in the west side for their consideration.

Next we are seeing The Botany at Dairy Farm Road. Recently just launched in the first quarter of 2023. The smaller units were snapped up during the VIP sales in February. Units sold there were at an average of $2070psf. 50% of the units snapped up were the 1 to 2 bedrooms. The buyers there were mostly looking at investment as the property analysis shows.

Driving up from dairy farm going towards Phoenix Road will be another property by Qingjian Realty. The Arden condominium is slated to launch this year too. A cosy estate of 105 units The Arden is very close to amenities such as Hillion Mall and Bukit Panjang Plaza. The Bukit Panjang station of the downtown line mrt station is within 5mins walk.

And in Jurong we will be seeing 2 new launches. J'den condominium will be the one located on the form Jcube shopping mall. The developers are Capitaland. The tenants of the mall will be handing over their retail shops to the landlord on August 6th of this year. They will then develop J'den condominium into a mixed development with retail shops and 368 units of residential on top.

The Lakegarden Residences will be located on Yuan Ching Road. Taking over the current premises of Lakeside Apartments.
