    any en-bloc potential at this condo ? understand that this is a freehold plot, not many freehold land along Alexandra road !

    yes it is FH ...

    i find it really strange .. that it is not a bad location .. although MRT is a short walk away ... it always has been 'cheap' FH in the stretch ..

    i remember in 2006/7 there was this huge penthouse for sale ..really cheap ..took a long long time before the ad disappeared .. not sure if it was sold at all ...

    It is apartment status and the land area is very small. That could be the reason for the low psf even FH at this location.

    I think it was the one sold in Jul 2007 for $1.58 m or $749 psf, but they bought it for only $1.05 m in Feb 2003.

    Location is definitely gd but v close to HDB n next to main rd Until HDB Blk torn down (maybe 10 yes time), the value will then go up. At night sometimes will hear loud motor cycle noise as rd v straight for speeding. Gd for v long term investment as it is undervalued.

    precisely undervalued !! dont care so much if noisy or not !! afterall for renting out,....i notice this is the ONLY freehold ppty along Alexandra road !! the rest new project Ascentia Sky, Tanglin view, Tanglin recency are all infact only 99 LH !!! hidden gem !! wondering any possiblity for en-bloc cos it is already abt 8yrs old

    Developer might not b interested cos too close to HDB, really close. unless those HDB got en bloc.
