A freehold semi-detached house at Goodman Road in District 15 is on the market for $9.6 million. This translates to approximately $2,247 psf on the land area. According to a press release by the sole marketing agent, Savills Singapore, the property will be offered in an Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise.
