Default Possible for FH prices to hit $650 psf?

I'm a newbie at property market, looking to upgrade from my HDB flat. Do you guys think that FH property (especially in D5 area) will drop to below $650psf?

Yes. When the next great depression starts. Then, it won't matter anymore. None of us will have jobs and the whole world's economy will be down. Hope it doesn't happen in my lifetime.

The moral of the story, spend within your means, be prepared for a rainy day....differentiate between needs and wants.
