    Wait till stay in one. It is not the uniform background traffic noise. The most irritating noise is the buses and motor cycle ramming their engines as they pick up. Look at the arte.

    somemore early in the morning 6 o'clock! especially motorcycle modified to wake up and irritate people.

    Photo shows that the units are facing morning sun. The rear will be facing afternoon sun. Heat from the rear, notice a bus-stop in front, and noise from the front can be unbearable.

    Moring sun ok lah.. its the night time/afternoon sun that matters more.

    Bus-stop will likely be gone after the Woodsville Interchange is completed if I am reading the upgrading works map correctly. Also, no sense having a bus-stop that is a stone's throw away from another (the Potong Pasir MRT's bus stop).

    Think Tower 2 Stack 8 is directly beside the main road, so don't think its block by another tower.

    What's this Woodsville interchange about?

    Is it referring to the viaduct, main road and flyover currently being built?

    I kept thinking of it as a bus interchange

    Ai Yo, Salah info should be 2 deep tunnels - Serangoon to Upp Serangoon, Macpherson to Bendeemeeer, Upp Serangoon to Bendemmer and yes one single-lane viaduct (flyover to Kallang Place) and the main road re-orienation

    regretted not buying during last few units clearance sales. 2BM only $6xx then. Sigh...

    Development very fast. Not sure is it due to pre fab walls? I heard from my colleague who's staying next door that construction quality is one of the best so far. From the way they build to the way they lay the foundation.

    Hi any owner here keen to sell? I am interested in 3 bdrm. This is a nice place, so near to city and so near to mrt.
    I have offered 1 unit at $1000psf, but was rejected by the owner. Don't understand why reject such a good offer!!! Must be greed!!!!

    Cos nearby 8@W already hit $1,016psf for a Dual-key unit.

    And don't forget Nin Residences which seems to be selling above $1.1K psf.
