    The private apartment next to w28, Leong Bee Court, seems a good buy.

    About 1800square feet going for $1.2x million. Old buy cheaper than W28.

    My Soleil@Sinaran started building in 2008 still not ready.

    I'm thinking of getting a 3br at W28 for my parents as they like that area. Wanted to get One Leicester but it's by China COnctruction and the finishing not very good though its FH. W28 is 99 year but heck lah, will sell it before it reaches 10 years.

    Base on existing progress SS should be ready by 2nd half of next year...

    Already a bit worry abt my unit at woodleigh stack 8. quite close to the main road although partially block by 1 tower facing the main road, the traffic along that main road is 24/7 type.

    that is one of the negative points of this project...but the furnishing is nice though.

    Really really , but this one only hor need to walk abt 10 metre to Potong Pasir MRT STN .. sure an overwhelming overwhelming comfort for good rental yah .

    How about Cube8, 368@Thomson, The Arte, Vista Residence all by the road side also ?

    Many projects along road side. Most HDB's are...

    They are still alright. The ones beside expressway are the ones that really gives you all the dust. People will buy with their own justifications.

    yes agree...many projects along main road BUT very few along expressways
