That day I dropby W28 to look see. Saw a few people around the building who like me also tried to get inside. Must be the eager owners. Looks like HDB upgraders.

I read an investment analysis on PT Sertia, it mentioned that PT have enbloc this leong bee at potong pasir, and potong pasir has great potential, especially the plot of land behind the mrt station was earmarked for commerical cum residential project under the masterplan. Look like giving another 3 - 5 years, this place will be very different.

W28 now asking for $1100psf average. Same as OL which is FH but older. How? Which one to get? I can't wait for economy to burst. Then I'll go in and whack. Hopefully now with the IRs, more people will go bankrupt and more fire sales will happen.

Right now Woodsville CLose really messy. Ever since W28 is built, the roll of house cannot park illegally on W28 side and their cars are crammed on their side. Include pedestrians walking, really a danger zone. Wonder why the TP and LTA are not doing anything to improve the situation. Seems like this private estate is not on the Estate's MP priority after giving him the votes.

If they are to build anything on the plot of land between HDB shops and MRT station, it will be commercial and residential according to ura master plan 2008.

I can hear the soothing sounds of the water at the swimming pool yesterday night when I walked around. Lane painting are done. I'm sure the land next to MRT will be developed. So prime. Another condo? Hope not else everywhere construction.

When it was launched in 09, developer couldnt sell and had to lower price. I hope enough parking lots. hose with 2 cars how ah? Got lots or not?

Anyone sneaked into Leong Bee so far?

I went to ninth floor yesterday night at Leong Bee and looked at W28. Really nice.

I also saw this #09-02 unit at LB. Very well done. Pity the owner who had spent a bomb renovating their unit but I'm sure they are now laughing to the bank.

I also hope there will build a commercial and residential building, but when will this happen? This has been in the master plan for so many years....

    Will it happen?

How to have commercial and residential building?

    Compass Point?

Land too small. Might as well make it condo like Kovan Residence.

Small ? sure a not. That plot of land is quite big hor ..if you imagine it is cut half by the P P walkway. Can be a mixed development with shopping mall and office space, may be some residential hor

Woodsville junction flyover to open on July 31
    Posted: 27 July 2011 1523 hrs

SINGAPORE: The new flyover spanning the Woodsville junction will open to traffic on Sunday at 10am.

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) said the 400 metre flyover will connect motorists directly from Jalan Toa Payoh to Jalan Kolam Ayer leading to Kallang Way and the Pan-Island Expressway towards Changi, bypassing the Woodsville junction below.

The new flyover is part of the upgrading project for the Woodsville Interchange to improve overall traffic flow at the busy interchange.

Besides the flyover, the LTA is also constructing three vehicular tunnels to improve the overall traffic flow at this junction.

Works to upgrade the Woodsville Interchange started in 2007 and are expected to complete by the end of the year.

Yesterday drove past, Woodsville 28 signboard is up at the side gate besides the bus stop. But the steel structures for the drive ways are still in progress.

I just realised that W28 is right in front of the slope up from the tunnel.

Many cars sure accelerate harder when going up the slope. Gonna be very noisy.

I was standing at the bus stop and already somany idiots accelerate so hard.

Every time the traffic turn green, those motorist will rev like crazy.

Do the W28 windows have double panel to block out the road noise?

Didn't know that the plot behind PP MRT is open for tender. W28 asking for $1200 PSF.

Please have a 5 year min occupation imposed to curb these speculators.
