    Besides noise fm traffic, a busstop is right infront of condo.

    thot someone mentioned here before, this bus stop will ultimately shift away or combine with the bus stop in front of the mrt station.

    8woodleigh all asking 1200psf....haha....vy unrealistic....i like it

    just went down to look see at the site....talked to one of the contractors there. He mentioned that they had to clear all their stuff away by next week...no wonder they're rushing and working on a Sat afternoon!

    Just a matter of who will give in first! I suspect if govt don't stop developers, it's still their playing field so sellers can still ask high and buyers will just guai guai succumb! So is it seller's market or buyer's market now?

    my agent telling me not much people here (Woodsville 28) selling at realistic price, all asked $1200 psf above....

    Price going to fall....... dont wait for too long.....

    owners of W28, W28 or 8@W are real cheap now compare to the DBSS @ tampines.

    wkang, yes agree, even selling @ $1300 psf is still reasonable... too bad i did not buy earlier. If hdb at tampines can sell $880,000, pte condos at city fringe selling at $1500 psf is a matter of time.

    i not that greedy, with Centrale 8 @ Tampines selling at this type of price, if i can sell my unit at $1300psf, i better sell immediately. I will not wait for $1500psf. The snow ball is getting bigger.

    The price that i paid for W28 is quite close to Centrale 8's selling price 2 yrs ago, and in fact my unit is bigger than Centrale 8. Can't believe it.
