just went down to look see at the site....talked to one of the contractors there. He mentioned that they had to clear all their stuff away by next week...no wonder they're rushing and working on a Sat afternoon!

Just a matter of who will give in first! I suspect if govt don't stop developers, it's still their playing field so sellers can still ask high and buyers will just guai guai succumb!So is it seller's market or buyer's market now?
