    Default Stripes on the building

Hi, bought a unit here not too long ago off floorplans.
Wondering if it was in the developer's models to have the brown stripes on the building?
Looks a little different than on the brochure ...don't quite like it leh...

Same here....dun recall the model being of that color as well. Sadly, I did not snap a pic of it at the showroom.

sometimes the more colors the dev add, it makes the entire proj looks cheapscape

white is the most safest color...too many color stripes esp brown look like a muslim community

Not as bad as you make it out to be lah. Guess it's a cheap way to make the development stand out without installing expensive façade.

Got a 2 bedroom unit. Yah only heard it's 3Q...

I don't mind the stripes on the car park/swimming pool deck that much...but i really don't like the brown accents in between the floors. Makes it look rather old-fashioned.

Wonder if they will repaint if enough people complain to them about it?

a few agents? send them my number!

i would agree that the rental yield appears to be attractive...but let's see whether it can translate to actual tenants.

URA rental for Q3 of 2010 was $2.97(25 percentile) $3.00 (median) $3.20 (75 pecentile) in one leicester with full condo facilities. Should be around there.

haha - read the same data. Considering that W28 is new and nearer the MRT, $3.20 psf should be easy. But of course, the potential tenant is also impt.

You may get nasty tenants who will complaint of traffic noise and ask for lower rent as compared to one leicester pool facing @ $3.20psf.
