Freehold Dublin Lodge launches second enbloc attempt this year, reserve price lowered to $65 mil

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - The owners of Dublin Lodge, a freehold landed development on Dublin Road in prime District 9, have launched their second enbloc attempt this year. The development was previously launched for sale in February this year with a reserve price of $67.55 million.

This time the 27,020 sq ft site is on the market for $65 million and Cushman & Wakefield are the sole marketing agents. All the owners have agreed to the new sale price and an application to the Strata Titles Board for a sale order will not be required.

Dublin Lodge consists of eight terrace houses with floor areas that range from 2,562 sq ft to 2,583 sq ft. The site could be redeveloped into a single large, detached house, or subdivided into 10 individual terrace houses, subject to approvals.
