Exclamation NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY VUTTON !!!!

if you know where vutton is built, it is situated at a place where the sharp edge of TTSH is cutting right thru the condo. the sharp edge of TTSH is a poison arrow in feng shui terms and this will bring very bad health and luck to those staying in vutton. The development is cursed with sickness and death and you must avoid it at all cost. Go for Beacon Heights which is near town and mrt and boasts of excellent view...

    Yes, it's true.
BH is near town but yet so far away due to the jam during office hours.
BH is so called near MRT but yet need to sweat 10 minutes under the hot sun.
BH boasts excellent view of the shĄts around it.

Wink Why Beacon Heights is Excellent

Woodsville interchange up before TOP so traffic will be good there. MRT station less than 800m away cutting through buildings so sheltered from sun. BTW developer throwing in free shuttle service to Boon Keng MRT, which is just 3 stops to Dhoby Ghaut. As for view, if you live above 10 storeys, u will get to see the cityscape and surroundings. If you live above 20 floors, it is plain heaven. The Kallang River runs through Mar Thoma/St Michael area and the water is not like those in a stale longkang (Eg in Dakota Residence) as it is flowing all the time. The river is good feng shui. There is also no HDB in St Michael Road. It can take me 5 min to drive to raffles if traffic is right and a mere 10 min if i have to stop at some traffic junctions. Last but not least, the address is 8 Mar Thoma Road, a very auspicious number. One must be a fool not to see all that....

8 is a very bad fengshui kua number for BH. Will give BH a miss.

Water flowing behind me. Career, business and health will be very unstable. Will give BH a miss.

Can't get rid of all the cars that will block my way. Will give BH a miss.

So many others following me in avoiding BH. That's good!

Default Novena the medical hub for the next 100 years

If people are flocking to live into novena just because it is D11, then they have to accept the fact that they are living in a hospital hub. When I called up an agent about a condo last time, the first thing she told me was that novena would become a future up and coming medical hub. i queried her if she was really serious about having that as a selling point as to any sane chinese, that is really bad feng shui. it is like having a cemetary in d9 and living in a condo just beside the cemetary. ya, it is a good district number but who in the right frame of mind would want to live within close proximity to places that reeks of death and sickness. Of course everywhere in singapore has to have people inhabiting, but would recommend novena only to those who are old, cash rich and want to get to the hospital fast in the event of an emergency...

The future Singapore is not going to be so many Chinese any more.

Look at who are majority living in these D9,10,11 districts including Novena: Ang moh, Indonesian, expat Indian, Middle Eastern. Look who are majority living in D15 Meyer Rd: expat Indian, and some ang moh. There are some local Chinese but a minority compared to all these foreigners.

Local Chinese are already a minority in Singapore's choiciest districts. And it is going to become even worse because Ah Tiong, Ah Kow, and Ah Ngiao don't stay in these areas, they prefer suburbs or Dakota/Geylang/Boon Keng/MarThorma. So get ready for that!

Hence, hospital or not doesn't matter because foreigners are not pantang about hospital, in fact they think it is convenient! Unlike the stupid Chinese!

Trust me, looking at the marketing and positioning of these Novena condos, they are definitely not targeted at local Chinese or foreign Chinese. I think even the developers do not give a fcuk about marketing to Chinese. There are many more Ang Mohs, Indonesians and Indians staying at Novena than Chinese!

Default SUPER PRIME DISTRICT FOR PRIME HOSPITAL TOWN

    Maybach,

Think you are making a very sweeping statement that developers are not interested to sell novena projects to chinese. You are contradicting yourself as most indonesian buyers of properties in singapore are indonesian chinese who believe a hell lot about feng shui, especially when they are doing business. And where the hell do you get thousands of ang mohs, indians and middle-eastern people filling up the thousands of mass market units on sale in novena? I think the indians would prefer farrer park or little india anytime and the ang mohs would prefer holland or bukit timah area. you are simply blubbering nonsense without any real statistics and data to back you up. if developers are solely dependent on foreign buyers for novena and no chinses, there will be a property crisis with thousands of empty units and developers would have to wind up eventually or be sued by banks and made into bankrupts. Ah Kow or Ah Neow staying in Boon Keng is anytime better than an Ah Gong and Ah Seow staying in a PRIIIIME HOSPITAL TOWN that reeks of death, disease and sickness 365 days in a year...

Default everyone entitled to own opinion

Kandinsky just has a lot of faith in the project and everyone is entitled to their own opinions. He has also mentioned that he is not an agent, so no need to hardsell...

    No point arguing...

Vutton is almost fully sold..it appears in newspaper for its good response.

I think this thread should be catered more to those people who have vested interest in this developments or others in the vicinity.

Every projects got its pros n cons...Even i can say orchard residences have their pitfalls..Imagining so many filippino maid leaning against ur walls, walking and chatting around orchard residences...SO pls post something rational and logical..

Default u mean the half past 6 "rich" live in novena

true rich dnt have their homes in hospital town. They live in coronation rd with lots of lush greenery n near town or high class Ardmore Park or Cairnhill area. The true rich are businessmen who believe a lot in geomancy so living near places that reek of sickness and death is out. Maybe the half past 6 so-called rich people who are hyperkondriacs that have to take a loan to buy a 1 million property would live in novena area. These people cant wait to be the 1st to get to hospital when they fall sick

Goodness I wonder who came up with a name like Vutton. It is like a cheap imitation of the french luxury brand. The road that it is on doesnt help.. Akyab. You re right..chinese wont live there. Only obiang chinese wld live there.

"Wa u live in Vutton ah dont pray pray..name vely high class one.. Somemore next to amen..ameni..aiya many facilities one.. got hospital, shoping centre, church, famous chicken rice also got."

    Default vutton cursed

the developers underestimated the surroundng elements. In fengshui terms, to have a hospital buildng's sharp edge cutting right thru the condo, it is a clear sign that the project is cursed and sickness and poor befalls those who make the condo their home. Chinese or not, it is better to err on the side of caution

    Feng Shui is flexible.

There are many unfortunate issues that can be mitigated by special arrangements or placing decor and objects in specific locations.

In crowded cities like Singapore and Hong Kong, it is not possible to avoid sharp edges of buildings. That is why Feng Shui masters came up with many solutions to what is at first perceived as bad Feng Shui.

fengshui masters come up wth solutions to generate more income for themselves. If the negative elements are too great, there is little a master can do to help. Having a house beside the cemetary is as bad as having it beside a hospital. For vutton, the sharp edge isnt just an ordinary poison arrow, it is shaped like a knife whch spells disaster. The sharp edge of the knife is facing the condo directly, not sideways or other angle. As a fengshui believer, ths is bad bad bad
