Your Vetro apartment can rent out more expensively. Come to think of it, Zenith is a good location but 1-bedder is facing Mill Point's backyard. Unlike Vetro, where you get 270 degree view and more breathing space.

Yeah as these are mainly for rental n not own stay. Both apt are currently tenanted out with very good rental yield.

How is bh 2bedder psf? Can fetch $1300 psf? Am hoping to get for high flr nearer to top date.

    Default Opening!

SINGAPORE: The new flyover spanning the Woodsville junction will open to traffic on Sunday, 31 July, at 10am.

    http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stori...143334/1/.html

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) said the 400 metre flyover will connect motorists directly from Jalan Toa Payoh to Jalan Kolam Ayer leading to Kallang Way and the Pan-Island Expressway towards Changi, bypassing the Woodsville junction below.

The new flyover is part of the upgrading project for the Woodsville Interchange to improve overall traffic flow at the busy interchange.

Besides the flyover, the LTA is also constructing three vehicular tunnels to improve the overall traffic flow at this junction.

Works to upgrade the Woodsville Interchange started in 2007 and are expected to complete by the end of the year.

So has the flyover improved traffic here? Or must wait till the tunnels be completed?

i used to like the location for BH but the road in and out is rather narrow. the govt could actually create an alternative road from mar thoma that merges to expressway so as to ease traffic for residents there. Again if that is the case, more people will use that road to get to the expressway causing a greater jam.

Im still quite confused, so will the tennis court be at the same level as the swimming pool ? or one level above the swimming pool's level?

Hey Jondy, we have both basement and multi-storey carpark.

Basement carpark from the moment you drive, under the swimming pool and clubhouse, to the back of the main block.

Multi-storey carpark is below the tennis court.

Maybe Jeaprp can tell us. From the plan, it appears that we have to go up a flight of steps or take the lift to the tennis court.
