Could it be a signal for people to start considering BH as a viable investment? OSM and Vetro have all TOPed but not BH. What do you think the prices of BH will be on TOP?

OSM is alrady transacting at past 1100 psf.....AS above 1300 psf...Regency around 1300psf if I am not wrong.

Yes, definitely undervalued and overlooked.....St Michael's is a up and coming area......think for studio, price above $1350 should be a really fair value for BH upon TOP, and dun forget this is only the price of studio at suburbs. St Michael's is at Central Region.

the 1bedder r not exactly small at 667sqft....so psf shd be similar to those 8xxsqft 2bedders....

if the 1bedder is around 500sqft....shd be transacting at 1200-1300psf oredi

the litmus test for BH is the woodsville interchange. If the interchange is proven to work, BH prices will shoot up, if it doesnt work and the traffic situation there remains horrendous, the prices will not be that attractive in the long run. There is also no way the govt can create a slip road from mar thoma rd to the expressway as it is not allowed, so owners of BH are banking a lot on the interchange (a major selling point for BH buyers at launch).

It is so peaceful here. Strangely, the noise level is not that high today.

It's great to capture a piece of history. Probably the last landmark of the old Mar Thoma estate. Yes, It used to stretch all the way to PIE before it was cut off to build the CTE in the 1980s.

Ya, saw from map, didn't see in the pics posted. Wonder if it's an issue, with Church and Buddhist temple quite close by. Maybe can cater to a wider prospective of sub-sale buyer next time? Don't know...Buyers maybe need to survey this at different days and sunday if traffic, noise, etc is a problem or not

Believe church goers probably mostly normal locals/PRs, Singhala Buddhist temple devotees - mostly foreigners or maybe also have locals...go there.?

Is this better? The church is on the left side (of this photo) beside St Michael's Condo and the Buddhist temple is on the right (of this photo) beside The Callista.

This is the entrance of the Buddhist Temple. On the right (of this photo) is where the huge sleeping Buddha resides. It is very peaceful. Please go and check it out yourself. St Michael Regency is facing the temple's field. This area is unblocked and very windy.

It is on the second floor. The first floor of BH is the carpark and entrance/exit.
