    Default Most buyers for the last 15 years never experience home loan rate of 3.5%.

    For those who experience home loan of 3.5% per annual will know how scary and stress it is.

    Do you know Why Singapore is moving from SIBOR, LIBOR, SOR, SWAP, Fixed to SORA.

    If you don't you will never understand Why 3.5% is not coming back.
