Razer Enki Is Another Chair By The Gaming Peripheral Company
Which looks decidedly less exciting than the previous one.

The recent RazerCon saw the gaming peripheral company announce another gaming chair. It’s called the Razer Enki, and it’s not the successor to the existing Iskur. It may even have been made for a different use case scenario.
While the Iskur looks to be made for your typical gamer, the Razer Enki looks to be focused on having you sit in it comfortably for hours on end. The seat cushion is made softer than the back cushion, which the company claims is also made for optimal weight distribution.
The edges on the sides of the seat also doesn’t jut upwards like most gaming chairs do. This presumably lets people sit cross-legged on it, and it would be pretty convincing if the armrests can also be moved further away from the seat.
Lumbar support isn’t quite the focus here with the Razer Enki as it was on the Iskur. In a sense, it sits somewhere in between it and the more affordable Iskur X, at least from the look of things. But you also get the detachable headrest. Though from the look of things, it’s not very adjustable, if at all, leading to potential discomfort if you’re of the wrong height.
The Razer Enki is priced at US$399 (~RM1659). There’s also the more affordable Enki X if you don’t want the headrest, and downgrading the 4D armrests to 2D, for US$299 (~RM1243). That being said, neither are listed on the Razer Online Store for our region, just like the Iskur and Iskur X. There’s also an upcoming Enki Pro, which seems to feature a material called Alcantara in addition to the usual leatherette. But that one doesn’t have a price yet.
