Freehold semi-detached house at Lorong Salleh for sale at $6.48 mil

A freehold semi-detached house at Lorong Salleh in the private landed Kembangan Estate is on the market. The 3½-storey house is newly completed, having received its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) just last month. The house sits on a freehold land area of 3,194 sq ft and has a built-up area of 7,344 sq ft.

The semi-detached house is located near the Eunos MRT Station on the East-West Line in District 14. It has a 9m frontage, which is wider than the typical semi-detached house frontage, says Andy Cheng, associate group district director at PropNex, who is marketing the property. Hence, the car porch is wide enough to fit two cars.

On the ground floor, the house has a spacious living and dining area and a wet kitchen that has room for a kitchen island if the new homeowner desires, says Cheng. The kitchen is already fitted with a cooker hood and hob as well as cabinetry. The living and dining area has a lot of natural light as there are full-length glass sliding doors that open out to a courtyard garden. At the rear of the house, beyond the kitchen, is the utility area, the helper’s room and the yard.



The house is ideal for indoor-outdoor living, given the 3.65m ceiling height and full-height glass doors, says Cheng. The doors bring in natural light throughout the day and can be left open all day to maximise cross-ventilation.

“One of the unique features of the property is the generous courtyard space, which can be turned into a landscaped garden,” Cheng comments. “It’s something that many new landed properties do not have, as developers tend to maximise the built-up area.”
