If you still want to buy around cairnhill area at $2500, I think the light will be a better choice than crest.
Always look for project that has 175 units or lesser.
A prestigous condo usually has unit less than 175. Anything above 175, I consider it as mass market.

Yes its true. But recent luxury trend condos especially in 2006 and 2007 have a unit per floor layout (The MarQ, Cliveden ) some still have about 2 or 3 unit / ploor like The Tate, Parkview Eclat and st regis.
