    if you read the article carefully, all requirements have been complied with. the main thing is developer chose the material (which is faulty). URA has to be firm with the regulations to use better glass.

    So could be possible the Centurion brothers are inexperienced developer and kenna conned by subcontractors ?

    Lian beng is jv partner developer so they'd know which 'cheap' material to use.

    Centurion and LB now partner for multiple projects, u think LB would risk choosing something of lower standard than requested?

    i know u r not making it up but there are also unreported cases of shattering glass in other projects which are not built by lian beng.

    so i would say the probability is quite equal unless they ban this cheap glass soon (which they should!).

    Hi, from ura websites, there are more resale transactions for kovan melody than kovan residence for past 3 months, despite kovan residence being newer. Any bro know the reason? Thanks

    Those who bought KR last 2 years kena SSD. Original owners who bought in 2009/2010 and didn't sell at TOP prolly own stay or renting out.
