    Luckily it was not a big unit purchase, so can tahan till now. Frankly, its quite an experience. Barely 2 days after option, I was offered $60k to flip and I rejected. 2 months later, the market dived. What I paid could have fetched a 3-bedder. Heartache. Forward 2 years from world's worst " recession", the market rebounded so strongly. It's so unbelievable now when agents said the same 2+ S is super super-hot now and trying to get us to sell.....what a roller-coaster ride....

    good news.. i receive letter from lawyer saying developer completed this n that in my unit n asking for release of funding..

    i got that letter from lawyer, paying the 5 % , the stage listed per schedule of payment before the issuance on TOP. Nothing on key collection.

    When is this 5% payment due? My lawyer v inefficient!! Everytime u all rec letter already, I'll only get it 2 weeks later!!

    Seems like to-date, BCA has not issued the TOP for units under phase 1

    It's good news to Livia owners !

    4-bedder 1539 sqft done at $1.38 mio.That is $897 psf - close to $900 psf. Smaller units should fetch more.

    trying to get a 915 sf at blk 71 for my own stay.
    having sold my flat and need a place by aug, hopefully TOP by then?
    any advise?

    Based on CDL response, blk 71 should TOP by end July (estimated).

    Hello all, we have managed to get OTP for a unit in Block 65 after deciding to move out earlier this month post GE and shortlisted Livia. Anyone has any idea when the TOP is? Getting all excited about moving out. Hehe.. I heard the phase 1 is May but now May is almost ending, still no news? Am hoping the phase 2 TOP is before the Lunar 7th month.

    TOP-soon projects like kovan residences and waterfront waves have their own forum where ppl get all excited on key collection and ID ideas, etc

    just wondering does livia has another more active forum ?

    i am hoping to secure a 915sf soon..

    Livia have just hit 1006 psf one 915sf unit was transacted at $920k

    ever consider esparis? no MRT but plenty of amenities, supermarket+wet market and a small park....ard 700psf now

    Very crazy price, i hope big boom wont end with big bust..it can mess up pple pretty badly....
    Never understand why outskirt are at 1000psf, and those r regular unit, not mm.

    Ok la...

    Resale px at casa merah, centris, lakeshore all 1kpsf oredi...

    This one brand new jus TOP....and location at least still walkable to mrt

    Las time, i found a 2beder pool facing at centris at 650psf 2-3mths b4 TOP and i tot boon lay leh....
