Seems like stacks on the left (when viewed from main road) will TOP first.

It will also benefit alot of residents living in the area. With only thw whitesands shopping centre is sorely not adequate. 5 new condos from CDL, 1 + 1 EC from CEL. Thats gonna be crowded.Originally Posted by Komo

Those new and not so new condos in Jurong are now selling above $900 psf now. Extreme end and noisy(traffic & fighter jets) and dusty & smelly (factories) and crowded (hordes of UN workers) with no beach but one dirty looking lake. That selling price was cheap already. No joke, go to URA to list all the transactions for centris, caspian, lakeshore and lakefront.Originally Posted by CCR
Frankly speaking, until now I still dun know why lakefront can sell at 1.2kpsf, surely it is outside of budget of HDB upgraders around Jurong area ... I guess it is the JLD story ... Keppel definitely sold this with forward pricing

I suspect there is a lot of foreign play here. So most buyers are for investment. Tell them Singapore govt has big plan here can easily win them over to bite.

[QUOTE=Komo]Livia was launched in jul 08, nt sure when they start the foundation workOriginally Posted by romeo
If accessiblity to an existing MRT is more important, then Livia is the choice. Also can get a bigger place, perhaps a three bedroom at Livia. Plus more launches at the empty plots coming up, so Livia should move up in price.Originally Posted by keki
Was told by my agent that for 915sf or lesser psf pricing will be near 1000 towards TOP. Saw on propertyguru the asking price for 2+s is now above 900kOriginally Posted by curio
Tats possible. Nowadays projects near mrt can easily hit 1000psf
but after top, price may drop abit..Originally Posted by sgpprop
hi keki, below 800k for 2 bedder Livia may not b possible liao.. given it is abt merely a month away from top..Originally Posted by keki
