Just wanted to share this nifty little table to guide you on how to estimate your clients’ EC loan eligibility based on age & income 😊

Info to obtain:
✅an estimate of all the borrower’s combined monthly income &
✅ income-weighted average age to obtain loan tenure
& tally it against the table

Note:
✔️loan tenor exceeding 30yrs or
✔️maturity age exceeding 65yrs, (refer to the yellow shaded regions) there is a cap of 55% against the purchase price or the stated amount, whichever is lower. Do use this as a guide and allow me to confirm for your prospects.
