    For an indicative calculation for your EC, I will need to know the following Information


    1) Indicative Executive Condominium Purchase Price?

    2) Any Housing Loans Currently?

    3) Date of Birth of the Borrowers Individually or if not Age, based on current year e.g 2021

    4) Employed or Self-Employed (with shareholdings in Company)

    5) Length of Service in Current Company

    6) Basic Income

    7) Notice of Assessment 2020's Employment Income (if commencement in current employment is on or earlier than 1/1/2019) This is for Income earned in 2019
    not required if less than 2 years in current company

    8) Any Loan Commitments e.g Car Loan, Personal Loan or Tuition Fee Loan?

    9) Credit Card Spending always paid in Full?

    10) Roughly How Many Active Credit Cards you have used recently?

    11) Roughly how much is the spending on the cards, Individually

    Only For Applicants with existing HDB and under deferred payment scheme and taking Deferred Bridging Loan

    12) Are All The Owners of the HDB buying the Executive Condominium Together?

    13) What is the estimated valuation of the existing HDB?

    14) What is the existing CPF Utilized + Accrued Interest of All Owners of the Existing HDB Flat

    15) What is the current HDB loan balance

    16) What is the current CPF OA Balance (excluding the cpf used on existing property)
