    There were only three collective sales in 2020 from the smallish developments of Yuen Sing Mansion, Advance Apartment, and Sophia Ville and Fairhaven (combined), accounting for a total of about $103.7 million. This was about 73.4% less than the total volume of collective sales in 2019 estimated at $390.5 million, even though the number of collective sales in 2019 was considered minuscule compared to the enbloc heydays of 2017 and 2018.

    Three collective sales in 2020 accounting for a total of about $103.7 million

    1. Yuen Sing Mansion, $15.2 Million
    2. Advance Apartment and $26.5 Million
    3. Sophia Ville and Fairhaven (combined) $62 Million
    4. Three Freehold landed homes in Lorong N Telok Kurau in prime District 15 $25 Million

    Hi all

    Just curious. Seems like we r gonna have even more MRT stations and all. These stations will all be right beside the HDB blocks. Seems like there is an upward trend for purchases of such flats all over the island despite the age.

    Is it because this is a possible SERS/ En Bloc?

    Pardon my noob question.
