eh... latest update... i checked with the IC for TQ,

TQ latest launch had all been sold out and developer is closed.
    waiting for next launch.

prices are expected to be more than this recent launch.
maybe will keep until TOP then launch the balances.

mean time, sub sales market will be the main trades for TQ...

i'm temped to sell my unit...... =p

but also dun bear to let go cuz i love the location and facilities....

i compared alot of condos.... TQ consider to have lots of facilities and got sky bridges and floating clubhouse....
    quite interesting.

Mmmmmm......... love it~ never regret buying.

Than don't sell loh. Once in your life time to own something you like. Why bother what market movement (short term gain). life is short, enjoy while you can, but within your mean. The next round may not be so cheap anymore, as more and more new foreigners is coming to singapore. Land are scared in singapore. Imagine 6 million population in about the population of hong kong; and hong kong houses are already so expensive so it will be the same in futurefor singapore.

Aiyah! Why you all keep arguing?
Who cares whether 50 or 100 units sold.

Most important thing for you all here is "Huat Ah"!

You are a lucky bunch of people. So stop arguing and enjoy your wealth.
    Agree?

u sure the agent incharge of this property is ERA?
cuz the one i bought from is not from ERA, the IC of this property is CBRE.

so i dun know whois more reliable...

well, i'm just updating the forum from what i was told.
if you think that its not accurate then u can dun take it for good.
anyway, noone can guarantee whatever information from forum is 100% right.

what an aggressive man. 0_o just little different from what ur agent say doesnt mean anything was wrong. 50% sold is good too what. better than 2-3 units sold out of the recent launch.

    -_-;

Please give us 10 points why TQ is too good to stay as the compond and pool are so small?

Why 10 points??? if you like and feel comfortable and of course can afford it, that is good enough. If you need 10 points to purchase your property than you really have to tan koo koo.

You don't need 10 points to justify your stay in condo. The public pool/compound is much bigger.....

Thanks, It is just so lucky. Actually nobody know when is the right time to buy. Many of us think the market will crash, yet the MCL developer bid so high for the piece of land in Yishun for condo few days ago. The break=even cost is about S$670psf. therefore the selling price will range from S$800 tp S$850 psf.

its hard to really know if the property is good. its after buying then the more you see the more you'll justify the worth of the property. and the attachment or detachment will come into play.

so far from the owners who bought TQ feels happy about the buy, old buyer sell new buyer make $$$, new buyer excited to move in cuz its such a lovely home.

its hard to come by such wonderful property =p
(cuz i read alot of buyers remorse from other property forum..)

    TQ rocks~~~~

i paid around 150k more than the softlaunch buyers... =p but still very happy~ hehe

Don't worry my friends, the developers are definately not as stupid to commit if our fundamentals are weak. Sub-urb and mass-market will be the ones that will rule 2008.

Even though my property has been hit by this lousy sentiment, i will still hold on until 2009, that is when the IR will make the difference.

Anyway good luck to all property punters.
