Can't wait to move in to TQ too!!

Went to look at the new showroom to check out the furnishings. Other than the basin, everything is fine.

For those who advocate HDB, go buy your HDB; it's not a problem for any of us at TQ.

i heard that the recent lanuch of the TQ has a good response anyone here know any housing agent who can confirm as if TQ is almost 80 per cent then likely the developer will speed the construction to get their profit as the whole project is almost sold. it means that the TOP could be earlier than expected ( B4 June 2009 )

Mmmm.... i would say TQ is catching lots of attention recently. i've seen customers walking into bank to take up loans. i saw TQ booklets in their hands =p

have a group of people also buy TQ for investment for rental purpose.

Anyway, i love the feeling TQ gives me. its not a matter of price anymore. (esp for owners who already paid the price, the price is no longer an issue) price is an issue only for those who haven buy. =p

I think still early for BBQ. Looking at the progress now, may have to wait for 1 more year to TOP. Till than many of us may have sold our units away for many other reasons.

From what I know, so far only around 360 units sold out of a total of 625 units. For the 2 new blocks that recently launched, only sold around 3 units.

Sub prime will be over in 3 months time. Afterwhich is an upswing for the mass market. They are smart as this gives them about 1 year to TOP. The enblocers will be rushing in to buy.
