Technically correct, and I just spoken to CPF. If the HDB Sales proceed is longer than 6 months from TOP, they will require a lawyer letter for them to release the money from CPF to partial pay up to the bank.

Furniture mall likely is from tame from taiwan. They have a showroom there. Though price doesn matter but i think quality should also be consider too.

My mum place previously has this system at home which can push out of the window and soon it turn rusty. Now cant even move it.

folks,

had spoken with a number of vendors, noted that usually its the ball bearing that will turn rusty after years of usage. (Althoug lots of it comes in from Korea/ japan or australia, there are not S/S ball bearing) hences, some vendors are willing to change it to S/S if we have at least 10 units.

Pls furnish me ur floorplan so as to allow vendors to quote & advise on the diff model needed. (For floorplan, pls email me @ [email protected] indicating ur nickname)

I will post the price of all supply before discount 2mr when i am back in office.

Does anyone knws if the yard is on false ceiling? In addition, do noted that if installation are required by individual owners, application for approval are required.

Wow shit lor, developer didnt mention at all. Meaning we will not have the walkway at all. Hiaz

Developer didnt even mention abt the walkway at all. I think they will not do it.

In normal practice, this committee is only form in the first AGM, which is usually scheduled after CSC.

Price of outdoor laundry hanger before discount. Vendor will send in their specification used for thier product.

Tips picked up from vendor: for powder coated hanger, it will rust after scraps, hences quality matters..

Seem like the response of installing the hanger only remains at 4 owners, anymore to come?

NP, its in alum & not S/S. mistakenly had it put in.. All Alum & S/S are rust proof but S/S is more expensive.....

From the price, it does look attractive but yet to see the quality. After i have obtain the quote, i will try to arrange for a trip to view the unit, anyone keen can join together.

Thanks for update. If the parts are fm Japan & assembled in Spore with 3 yrs warranty should be reliable... though s/s is harder than alum..

My wife will be going to this session to understand more of the school values. But I am not very comfortable that the school told us that the principal does not want the children to be there etc. Doesnt sounds very welcoming as compared to my son's current school in Rivervale Pri School. The principal is very chatty and always wanted the children to be around and involved as it is their school not the parents one.

Should have enough time to gather more... What if owners fm other condos, do u think they'll consider as a bulk order? Thinking if we can gather even friends or relatives staying other condos, we can combine the orders to press for more discounts
