Actually I do past by the site quite often and check on the progress via www.myhome.com.sg. To be frank, its pretty fast because they're already finishing up the 1st stack and progressing to the 2nd.

I have already sold my place...sad.... so really hope that it will be ready very soon.

I just went TQ Yesterday, base on the progress end of this year is not possible. There are still lots of unfinished work. Only one stack in front where is the show flat is almost completed and some of the stack facing Hougang HDB are furnish. The rest still look very raw. So, Q2 09 maybe still more realistic.

When I went by yesterday, I found a small building near the tennis court in TQ. It looks to me like an electric generator but not sure. Anyone can confirm?

Yes, that's the sky gym on top of the generator linked by a sky bridge. This is just beside the tennis courts. Wonder how they insulate the sound??

If i'm not wrong, this M&E room is below the Sky Gym. The Sky Bridge is linked to the Gym. Don't flame me if it's wrong Now is still too early to see the full design work as they just started. But I think this is a clever way of using space to minimise wasted area.

For me, as I need to hand over my flat in the next 3 months, will likely need to look for a temporary place (short term rental) for around 6 months.

We will convert one room (smaller one) into a study cum playing (x-box, karaoke) room.

We will install wood plank (must be heavy duty type) on the planter. One end of the planter, we will install a mini water fountain.

As for the bed room, will likely custom design the bed that can stretch all the way to the edge of the bay window to maximise the space. A little deco will also be done by the bay window.

Finally, TV console in the sitting room.

Still in the process of getting more ideas.
